POTTAWATTAMIE COUNTY CHILD CARE COALITION
In 2021, the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce started Pottawattamie County Child Care Coalition (P4C) in partnership with the Iowa Women's Foundation to address the child care issues facing our community. Through the experienced guidance of IWF, P4C has three successful sub-committees: Building and Expanding, Business and Child Care, and Child Care Entrepreneurs. Each of these sub-committees meets to identify child care challenges in their focus areas and then works with businesses and local and state leaders to identify solutions.
