To qualify for recognition, companies need to achieve a 60% survey completion rate. Once completed, businesses receive detailed reports that analyze their results.

Organizations that meet all criteria earn the prestigious UNbelievable Workplace designation. These businesses enjoy exclusive benefits. For example, they get their logo displayed on the program’s webpage and a 2025 UNbelievable Workplace decal.
